March, 2018 \u2013\u00a0On March 2nd, Gospel Run hosted over 60\u00a0Pastors,\u00a0scholars, and racial healing practitioners at the University of Chicago\u00a0to discuss how clergy can use their congregations as a\u00a0platform\u00a0to address racial trauma and divisions.\u00a0\u00a0This year\u2019s convening was held at the University of Chicago in Hyde Park.\u00a0
Attendees discussed the historical role\u00a0between race &\u00a0religion, built relationships with like-minded clergy,\u00a0and came away with tools &\u00a0best practices to address\u00a0racial reconciliation through\u00a0preaching, teaching, counseling, outreach, and governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
